AREVIR meeting: Diagnostics & therapy optimization for HIV, hepatitis, TB and SARS-CoV-2
Certania attended the AREVIR meeting in the joint HIV-HEP-MASTER (EuResist) project and helped organise a session on QM and applied science. Two specialist presentations focused on updates to INSTAND External Quality Assessment (EQA) for resistance determination and SARS-CoV-2 variants/sequence analyses as well as the performance assessment of laboratories for West Nile virus genome detection based on dPCR quantification.
