DailyCheck introduced: new cooperation & third-party controls for Seegene tests
On 16/17 September 2024 in Leipzig, we presented our new cooperation and the DailyCheck product line. DailyCheck enables users of Seegene tests to access independent control samples from a third-party provider; panels for gastro pathogens are currently available and can be obtained from Seegene.

AREVIR meeting: Diagnostics & therapy optimization for HIV, hepatitis, TB and SARS-CoV-2
Certania attended the AREVIR meeting in the joint HIV-HEP-MASTER (EuResist) project and helped organise a session on QM and applied science. Two specialist presentations focused on updates to INSTAND External Quality Assessment (EQA) for resistance determination and SARS-CoV-2 variants/sequence analyses as well as the performance assessment of laboratories for West Nile virus genome detection based on dPCR quantification.

Annual Congress of the Society for Virology (GfV): GBD in Vienna
GBD was represented at the annual congress of the Society of Virology in Vienna with its own stand and a scientific presentation. The focus was on professional dialogue with colleagues and insights into current topics in virology - accompanied by a joint social evening at Vienna City Hall.
